About the Conference

The National Conference on Innovative Development in Chemical Technology (IDCT-2021) themed the Role of Chemical Technology: “Aatmanirbhar Bharat Mission” is organized by University School of Chemical Technology (USCT), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).

The objective of National Conference IDCT-2021 is to bring professionals & scientists on a common platform to share ideas, experiences and knowledge associated with sustainable development.

Aatmanirbhar means 'self-reliant'. The century will belong to India only if it becomes self reliant. India’s self-reliance is based on five pillars:

  1.  Economy

  2.  Infrastructure

  3.  Technology driven system

  4.  Vibrant demography

  5.  Demand

School of Chemical Technology see its role in developing new and advanced technologies for sustainable development​.

The program will consist of peer-reviewed paper presentations in technical sessions. In addition, keynote lectures will be conducted during the conference.

The theme of IDCT-2021 includes:

  • Sustainable developments under Bioresource Technology

  • Innovations in Energy and Environmental Technology

  • Innovations in Process Technology​

The conference will be organized at GGSIPU, Dwarka campus, University School of Chemical Technology, Sector 16-C, New Delhi-110078, through online mode.​


Call For Papers

Deadline: 12th March 2021

Abstract Format

The willing participants are required to send abstract by email at on or before 12th March, 2021. The authors will be required to submit the abstract of their original research work containing title, name of authors with presenting author highlighted in italics, name of institution/organization, keywords. The language for communication should be in English. The word limit of abstract is 500 words. Accepted abstract will be required to send a full length paper which will be reviewed by the subject experts. Efforts are being made to publish accepted papers in UGC-CARE Journal special issue.
